Senior Officer, Human Resources
(English only)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR services and advice including recruitment, manpower planning, training & development, leave management, employee relations and performance management
- Prepare regular monthly payroll, taxation, MPF administration & etc.
- Update employee records and the HR management system in a timely manner
- Organizing staff orientation program, employee relations activities and training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
- Minimum 6 years solid experience in human resources
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
- Hands-on experience in visa application
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, strong ethics and detail-oriented
- Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
