Senior Officer, Human Resources

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive HR services and advice including recruitment, manpower planning, training & development, leave management, employee relations and performance management
    • Prepare regular monthly payroll, taxation, MPF administration & etc.
    • Update employee records and the HR management system in a timely manner
    • Organizing staff orientation program, employee relations activities and training programs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
    • Minimum 6 years solid experience in human resources
    • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
    • Hands-on experience in visa application
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, strong ethics and detail-oriented
    • Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
