Senior Officer / Officer, Editorial



    • Coordinating editorial projects from conception to fruition 
    • Editing, copywriting, fact-checking, and proofreading bilingual texts, while contributing to the compelling visual presentation of print materials
    • Managing content and coordinating editorial workflows to ensure quality and timely publication delivery
    • Working closely with other teams and with external parties, including designers, translators, copyeditors, and print houses 
    • Administrative support and other tasks as assigned for content output


    • Bachelor's degree or above in Publishing, Literature, Language Studies, Translation, Cultural Studies, or other related disciplines
    • Good proficiency in written English and/or Chinese; passion for language is a plus
    • Experience in editing and content production would be an advantage 
    • An eye for detail and good communication skills
    • Basic proficiency in editing tools and software, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
