Our Hong Kong Foundation first “Our Hong Kong Stories” series: High Tea with Robert Dorfman
Our Hong Kong Foundation(OHKF) held the first “Our Hong Kong Stories” series, featuring Mr. Robert Dorfman, Chairman of Herald Holdings Limited, who has lived in HK for 60+ years, a successful entrepreneur and influential community leader. We’re honored to have invited OHKF Chairman, Mr Bernard Chan, to give the Welcome Remarks, followed by Opening Remarks delivered by the Head of EU Office to HK & Macao, Ambassador Thomas Gnocchi , with OHKF Advisor Eugene Chan as the Host.
Mr. Robert Dorfman pointed out that he still feels today, no matter where you look in the world, Hong Kong is actually the best place to be. People are safe here, welcome here and can prosper here. Everybody has a chance. It's a relatively level playing field.
The event was graced by diplomatic dignitaries from various Consulates General in HK, Heads of Foreign Chambers, and business executives, with great interactive dialogues and networking among the guests.
