Our Hong Kong Foundation “Our Hong Kong Stories” series: High Tea with Dr Trisha Leahy

Our Hong Kong Foundation was delighted to host “Our Hong Kong Stories” series, featuring Dr Trisha Leahy, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI), as Speaker. OHKF Governor, and Chairman & Managing Director of Wheelock & Company Ltd, Mr Douglas Woo, attended the event and delivered the Opening Remarks.

Having lived in Hong Kong for more than 30 years, she witnessed the city's transformation from barren, stark, concrete to its vibrant, green, beautiful, whole dynamic today. "What I love about Hong Kong, it's vibrant, it's cultural, it's dynamic, it's exciting. So I love living here. "Said Trisha.

Mr Douglas Woo was pleased to see that Hong Kong excelling in sports, which is a testament to the efforts and the time and energy put into it. In the future, he hopes we can have a coordinated approach across different departments, apart from the support of the government.

Our Hong Kong Foundation hosted the second “Our Hong Kong Stories” series.

Trisha Leahy, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Sports Institute spoke at the event as keynote speaker.

DGS’ student athletes and teachers, led by Headmistress Mrs Stella Lau, joined the event with over 100 other guests.
