"Konnecting the World" EP04: International Education Hub for Nurturing Talent

8 Jan 2025 (Wed)

An authoritative overseas study has previously ranked the world's universities, 5 of the Hong Kong's universities have been ranked in the world's top 100. In the Asian university rankings, Hong Kong is proud to have 11 institutions on the list.

Hong Kong has a world-renowned higher education system. The Government is fully committed to developing Hong Kong into an international hub for higher education and promoting the "Study in Hong Kong" brand globally.

In addition to providing scholarships, what methods can education institutions use to attract more non-local students to study in Hong Kong? Given the competition from overseas and Mainland higher education institutions, how should Hong Kong utilise its internationalisation and geographical advantages to enhance the competitiveness of its institutions?

Our Hong Kong Foundation has produced a special programme, "Konnecting the World", on its 10th anniversary to explore new positions of Hong Kong in today's new era with leaders from all walks of life. From Hong Kong, connecting the world.
