As our country is further deepening reform and advancing Chinese modernisation, how could Hong Kong proactively integrate into the overall development of the country? In the light of the accelerated growth of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road Initiative, how could Hong Kong, as a “super-connector”, leverage the emerging opportunities? Given the 14th Five-Year Plan has supported the development of Hong Kong in eight key areas, how could Hong Kong reinforce its international positioning?
