As one of the world’s top 1% think tanks, OHKF serves Hong Kong through policy research and advocacy. In 2023, our Public Policy Institute (PPI) has published policy research reports in various areas including land and housing, science and tech innovation, economy, and education and youth. We spared no effort in policy advocacy, resulting in the adoption of our policy recommendations by both the Mainland and Hong Kong government authorities. In recognition of our research excellence, a growing number of agencies have commissioned us to do research and sought research collaboration with us, which in turn strengthened our research capacity. All this is a testimony to our research impact in driving economic growth and making Hong Kong a better home for all.
