Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) presented the Insight Forum, featuring Professor Izhak Haviv, Chief Scientific Officer of AID Genomics as keynote speaker, to share his views on the opportunities and impacts of Engineering Healthteach and Clinical trial in Hong Kong. OHKF is honored to invite Professor William Kam-Fai Wong, Advisor of OHKF, to make the opening remarks.
Prof. Haviv stated in the keynote speech that Hong Kong as a higher and opening to the world of China, is a service oriented of region. Clinical trials that are performed inside Hong Kong’s health care system is a very profitable service.
He emphasized that Hong Kong has its unique advantages, and now is an opportunity to create attractive policies that can actually revolutionize Hong Kong.
In the panel session, when talking about AI technology in clinical innovation, professor Izhak Haviv used the example of an American company or any other company wants to tap into the mainland market, If they want to find a reliable partner, he believed that Hong Kong can be a good choice.
Professor Izhak Haviv also highlighted that healthcare is a product that will continue to see markets even in stressful times, such as the next five years ahead of us still recovering from COVID.
