The latest Land and Housing Policy Advocacy Report has been published by Our Hong Kong Foundation (“OHKF”). The analysis in the report shows that the private and public housing supply will see a dramatic drop: the waiting time for public rental housing will increase to over six years in the next three years, while the number of available private residential units will drop by nearly 40% in 2023 compared to 2018.
