Ms Vivian LE

Vivian Le is a Researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation specialising in the innovation and technology sector. Her work focuses on leveraging Hong Kong’s R&D strengths to support the city’s development as a global innovation and technology hub, with particular emphasis on biotechnology development, new industrialization, the longevity economy, and gerontechnology. 

Prior to joining Our Hong Kong Foundation, Vivian began her career at a public relations firm supporting technology corporate clients, where she gained first-hand exposure to the sector’s business dynamics and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in International Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong.
