Ms Vena CHENG Wei-yan

Miss Vena CHENG Wei-Yan is a consultant in P. C. Woo & Co.’s litigation practice, focusing on white collar criminal cases, antitrust, complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She is admitted in New York, Hong Kong and England and Wales (non-practicing).

Miss Cheng has been serving the HKSAR Government by participating on various Government boards and committees. She is currently a Council Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a member of the Personal Data (Privacy) Advisory Committee, the Audit Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the Assessment and Monitoring Sub-Committee of the Quality Education Fund and the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, as well as the member of the Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee.

Miss Cheng is a member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and is also an active member in various professional committees and associations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She is a member of the Federation of Hong Kong Beijing Organisations, the Y. Elites Association, Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, and a director of Opera Hong Kong Limited.
