Ms Moon KOK

Moon Kok is a Researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation, working on policy research and advocacy in areas including land and housing, transport and logistics, and smart city development. She holds an MSc in Urban Planning (Distinction) and a BA in Urban Studies (First Class Honours) from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked at the Planning Department of the HKSAR Government and in a planning consultancy, where she handled statutory applications and conducted research related to New Development Areas. She has also published policy commentaries on urban development, housing and infrastructure in newspapers and other media outlets.
