Ms Esther LOH

Esther is a Researcher at the Healthcare and Social Innovation team at OHKF. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Peking University and a Master of Public Policy from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Her work focuses on advancing mental health and social well-being across the life course, from youth to older adults, with a particular interest in community-based and innovative models of care. She has been involved in projects on social prescribing, caregiver support, and community building, with a strong emphasis on using data and social impact assessment to guide policy and programme development.
