Ms CHIANG Lai-yuen

Ms Chiang is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chen Hsong Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong. The company established in 1958 and is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic injection moulding machines in the world. Ms Chiang is responsible for the management and business development of the Group. She holds a bachelor degree of Arts from Wellesley College, U.S.A. and has extensive experience in production management, sales and marketing. Ms Chiang is an Independent Non-executive Director of Hang Seng Bank Limited which is one of the largest listed companies in Hong Kong. She is also a member of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, standing committee member of the Shenzhen Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Shenzhen Industries and Vice-President of China Shenzhen Machinery Association. Ms Chiang was awarded the “Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong” by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2004. Ms Chiang has been appointed as Justice of the Peace by the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2012.
