Mr Stanley NG

Mr. Stanley Ng began his involvement in the management of his family business, KOBO Enterprises Ltd., in 2000. The company's operations include the manufacturing of toys, machinery, and sporting goods, as well as ventures in solar green energy. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Ng co-founded the digital marketing firm Yumtake in 2015, providing digital marketing outsourcing services to a wide range of industries. In recent years, in response to changes in foreign labor policies, his team has also addressed workforce shortages by supplying supplementary labor to sectors such as aviation, hospitality, property management, and catering. Furthermore, turning his passion into profession, Mr. Ng established Academy INK, designing innovative thinking training programs for both corporate executives and school children to promote talent development.

Mr. Ng has long been active in various professional and international organizations. He was elected National President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Hong Kong, leading approximately 2,000 members in organizing over 300 community service projects while consistently advocating for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Over the past two decades, he has actively promoted youth development across Asia, leading young leaders from various countries in organizing service and development projects in regions including Bhutan, Myanmar, East Timor, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Macau, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Guam.

Additionally, Mr. Ng is a co-founder of the 2econd Generation Entrepreneur Association. For twenty years, he has been dedicated to promoting succession culture within Hong Kong's family enterprises and has conducted in-depth research and discussion on family business management. He also serves as Director of "2econd Opinion," a major annual family business conference in Hong Kong, aiming to inspire participants with new ideas and collectively prepare for Hong Kong's future.

Mr. Ng is Chairman of the La Violet Charity Foundation Limited. For over ten consecutive years, he has organized the "Life Beyond Routine" Dream Project, encouraging Hong Kong people of all ages to pursue their dreams. He firmly believes that "chasing dreams" should not be a luxury goal in this international metropolis, and strives to ignite hope.

Mr. Ng qualified as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Canada. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Master's degree in Anthropology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Ng enjoys life in Hong Kong. Outside work, he participates in his alma mater's choir, practices Wing Chun, writes academic papers, and cherishes family time with his wife Gladys, daughter Isabel, second son Elliot, third son Ezra, and fourth daughter Estell.
