Mr Pascal SIU

Pascal Siu is the Head of Green and Sustainability at Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF), where he also oversees research on broader economic and financial policies. His work focuses on new energy development (including hydrogen, solar, and sustainable aviation fuel), green finance mechanisms such as carbon markets, and the practical integration of green initiatives into the real economy. Additionally, he has published research on strategies to manage Hong Kong's fiscal deficit and the development of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC).

Beyond his research work, Pascal regularly comments on economics and green development for radio and television news. He also serves as a moderator, panelist, and competition judge, and speaks at regional conferences regarding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) developments across Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining OHKF, Pascal was an Economist at Natixis and worked in the Financial Secretary’s Office of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
