Mr Dicky CHOW

Dicky Chow, Assistant Research Director at Our Hong Kong Foundation, drives impactful policy analysis in health systems and social innovation. His research explores health technology, financing, mental health, Chinese medicine, and ageing.
A recognised thought leader, Dicky advocates for primary care integration and gerontech advancement at major forums like the Global Conference on Ageing. He frequently delivers guest lectures across HKU, CUHK, HKUST and others on topics ranging from healthy ageing and end-of-life care to ESG and social impact assessment.
Deeply engaged with the community, Dicky serves on various grant-making committees, advises undergraduate programmes, and is a member of the Organising Committee for the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Summit. He currently leads strategic initiatives promoting healthy ageing and social impact assessment.
Dicky earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from HKU and a Master's degree in Psychology from CUHK.
