Mr Derek YEUNG

Mr Derek Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of she.com International Holdings Limited, and the Co-founder of Chef Nic Holdings Limited. Mr Yeung is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited (0828.hk).

Mr Yeung is a Member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Jiangsu Province. He is a Council Member of The Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation, a Counselor of the Hong Kong United Youth Association, a Member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Executive Committee Member of the Guangdong Youth Federation. Mr Yeung is also a Member of the Shanghai Youth Federation, the Vice-chairman of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion Association and the Standing Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs. 

Mr Yeung graduated from Brown University with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics/Economics and received an MBA/MS (Accounting) Degree from Northeastern University. Mr Yeung also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in the United States of America.
