Mr David LIN

David has experience on a wide range of complex corporate structuring, wealth planning, electronic commerce crime and advisory issues.

Recently he has been involved in designing structures for wealth, investment and transactional advice, providing corporate and family office management and governance platforms which are sensitive to client's needs and culture, restructuring and advice on wealth portfolio and businesses in Hong Kong and overseas, planning for tax efficiency, succession and asset protection.

David has also been involved in significant high-value commercial electronic fraud cases, assisting clients in tracing and recovering hundreds of millions of dollars.

David has a keen intent in charities and their governance, and currently sits on the Board of, and is legal advisor to, various charities and non-profit organizations.

He is a recognized Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia (State of Victoria).  David is also a Notary Public, China-appointed Attesting Officer, Greater Bay Area Lawyer and holds Bachelor Degrees in both Law & Commerce.
