Mr Christopher KWOK Kai-wang

Kwok Christopher Kai-wang Mr Kwok has been an Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (“SHKP”) since April 2016. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of SHKP and a director of certain subsidiaries of SHKP. Mr Kwok holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He joined SHKP and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) in 2011 and is primarily responsible for the leasing of residential, retail and commercial properties of the Group in Hong Kong and on the mainland. Besides, he assumes the overall responsibilities for the property business in Northern China. Mr Kwok also assists the Chairman of SHKP in all other non-property businesses of the Group in which he is a non-executive director of SUNeVision Holdings Ltd. Mr Kwok has been appointed as a non-executive director of Transport International Holdings Limited with effect from 15 June 2023. In addition, Mr Kwok is a member of the General Committee of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a vice-chairman of Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation.
