Ir Alkin KWONG

Ir. Alkin Kwong is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Hong Yip Holdings Ltd. He is responsible for the property management and its related businesses. Ir. Kwong also oversees the real estate projects in Guangdong under Sun Hung Kai Properties Group.

Ir. Kwong is an Authorized Person and Registered Structural Engineer. He was once a Senior Structural Engineer and had worked with Buildings Department for more than 16 years. Ir. Kwong is the Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and also the Honorary Fellow of the Vocational Training Council. Among all of his public services, Ir. Kwong is now the Chairman of Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Education Bureau, Member of Standing Committee of the Vocational Training Council, Deputy Chairman of Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, Council Member of The Hong Kong Management Association etc.

Ir. Kwong is also a Member of Huadu Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Honorary Advisor of Zhongshan Association of Overseas Chinese Enterprises, Council Member of GMC Hong Kong Members Association, Member of 3rd Executive Committee of Hong Kong Federation of Guangzhou Associations Limited. He was also the Chairman of Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong (2019-2023), Member of Council for Sustainable Development (2015-2021), Council Member of Vocational Training Council (2013-2019), Chairman of Real Estate Services Training Board of Vocational Training Council (2011-2017), Member of Occupational Safety and health Council (2009-2014), Member of Manpower Development Committee of Labour & Welfare Bureau (2009-2014), President of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (2011-2013); Chairman of Building Division of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (2010-2013); President of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (2010-2012).
