Cyrus is an Assistant Researcher with a research focus on economic development, technology adoption, and the GBA. He has coauthored opinion pieces related to AI adoption among Hong Kong SMEs and the GBA Interconnection mechanism. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining OHKF, he interned at various finance and non-profit organizations.
