2025 Policy Address is releasing on 17 September. Ryan Ip, Vice President of Our Hong Kong Foundation and Executive Director of Public Policy Institute, is focusing on the Policy Address and is proposing three key recommendations.

He suggests that, first, it is essential to accelerate the development of the Northern Metropolis; second, to consolidate Hong Kong's position as the preferred platform for Mainland enterprises expanding overseas; and third, to leverage Hong Kong's status as an international shipping and financial centre to develop it into a green maritime fuel bunkering and trading hub.
