Jason Leung: Three-Pronged Strategy to Expedite Northern Metropolis Development
2025 Policy Address is releasing on 17 September. Jason Leung, Head of Land & Housing of Our Hong Kong Foundation hopes the Government stated that the Northern Metropolis is the most important growth engine for Hong Kong’s future. However, many new development areas are remains at the planning and preliminary stage. He hopes the Policy Address will expedite the construction of the Northern Metropolis by addressing three aspects: propose a dedicated authority, adopting diverse financing mechanisms, and offering more incentives.
