Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) launched its latest annual housing landscape navigator report on 24 April. Besides conducting its exclusive housing supply forecast, it will steer the public through these challenges, putting them into perspective by providing factual and data-based analysis.

Calvin Au, Senior Research Manager of OHKF, stated that subsidised housing could help middle- and low-income groups purchase properties and also promote the turnover of public housing units. He also pointed out that if public housing tenants "get on the property ladder" by purchasing subsidised housing, the units they vacate could be reallocated to those in greater need on the public housing waiting list.
