2024 Policy Address is releasing on 16 October. Jason Leung, Head of Land & Housing of Our Hong Kong Foundation hopes the Government will consider targeted adjustments of the 70-30 public-private flat ratio and the public-private flat ratio in the Northern Metropolis, to shift the housing policy momentum from quantity to quality. 

He also hopes that the Government could increase the proportion of Subsidised Sale Flats to shift the focus of public housing from rental to home ownership, so as to provide more affordable homeownership opportunities.
