2024 Policy Address is releasing on 16 October. Dicky Chow, Head of Healthcare & Social Innovation, Our Hong Kong Foundation, has identified three key factors that the Government should consider in order to ensure the sustainable development of primary healthcare, including a regular evaluattion of the effectiveness of the Chronic Disease Co-Care Pilot Scheme and the Healthy Mind Pilot Project, building a more comprehensive primary care network, and maximising the use of eHealth. 

He hopes the upcoming Policy Address will drive forward healthcare system reform, making it more prevention-focused and people-centred.
