Did you know? The government estimates that by 2046, 1 in every 3 people in Hong Kong will be elderly.
Did you know? Over 80% of seniors prefer "aging in place" rather than moving to care facilities.

Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) launched its research report titled "Policy Path to Ageing in Place for Hong Kong: Shaping an Inclusive Housing and Community Landscape”.  OHKF proposed six policy recommendations aimed at improving the living environments of Hong Kong’s seniors to promote ageing in place and alleviate long-term healthcare expenditures, to tackle the challenges posed by an ageing population.

By reimagining housing, adoption of inclusive design and community systems, to enable seniors to maintain healthy lifestyles and maintain connections with others in the community. Watch this summary in just 2 minutes and learn more about the new policy advocacy!
