Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) was founded in November 2014 by Tung Chee-hwa, Honorary Chairman, OHKF, former Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the founding of OHKF, and a cocktail reception was held on 25 September to celebrate with all walks of life.

John Lee, Chief Executive of HKSAR, delivered an address in which he highlighted the congratulatory letter to OHKF by Xia Baolong, Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the CPC Central Committee and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council. The letter acknowledged OHKF's work and expressed his expectations for its future endeavors.

In his address, John Lee expressed his belief that all sectors of the Hong Kong community would carry on the fine traditions of patriotic forces and love for the hometown. He emphasized that by doing so, Hong Kong could advance from stability to prosperity and make greater contributions to the national rejuvenation.
