On 10 March 2026, Vice President of OHKF and Executive Director of PPI Ryan Ip, and Deputy Research Director Victor Kwok, met with Zu Zhen and Ma Hui, representatives of the National High-Tech Industrial Innovation Centre, Shenzhen. They exchanged views on how Hong Kong’s first five-year plan can be effectively aligned with the framework of the 15th Five-Year Plan, as well as development issues related to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Hetao Cooperation Zone, and the Northern Metropolis.
