OHKF Vice President Ryan Ip was invited as the Guest of Honour to the ASEAN Consuls General Luncheon
Ryan Ip, Vice President of Our Hong Kong Foundation and Executive Director of Public Policy Institute, was invited as the Guest of Honour to the ASEAN Consuls General Luncheon, hosted by Muzambli Markam, the Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, on 27 May.
During the event, Ryan delivered a keynote speech, where he elaborated on how population demographics affect Hong Kong’s residential rental market and sales market and provided an outlook for Hong Kong’s private housing supply.
