團結香港基金（基金會）的「我們的香港故事」系列於10月25日舉辦新一場活動，榮幸邀請Global 70 Multi-Family Office合夥人、Berlin Global Advisors資深顧問Gerhard Hinterhaeuser博士為主講嘉賓，基金會參事及怡和管理有限公司香港區主席彭耀佳博士為開場演講嘉賓。對談環節邀得騰訊高級合規經理王詩琦加入，並由fridayeveryday.com主編Nury Vittachi主持。
Hinterhaeuser博士有一半德國及一半意大利血統。他向觀眾分享自己的奇妙經歷。他於70年代在遼寧求學，自從2000年來到香港，便定居於此。
是次活動深受歡迎，吸引了許多本地及海外的線上線下觀眾，雲集各界貴賓及基金會的成員，包括基金會主席陳智思、東亞銀行執行主席李國寶爵士、一眾基金會的理事及顧問、本港的外國商會高管等。
Little did Dr Gerhard Hinterhaeuser know when he visited Hong Kong for the first time in February 1977 that the city would become his home in China.
At that time, he was studying Mandarin at Liaoning University in Shenyang. In year 2000, he moved to Hong Kong with his family to work in the financial sector and never left. Gerhard is half German and half Italian. He has spent most his time in Asia, residing in Tokyo, Singapore and China. He holds a PhD in economics from Cologne University and is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, amongst other European languages.
