Expo Specialist (8-month contract)

    (English only)

    Responsibilities:

    • Brainstorm, develop, and implement new and creative marketing and promotion strategies for exhibition
    • Identify and coordinate joint promotions and partnership opportunities
    • Drive customer engagement programs, campaigns, and activities
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic marketing solutions
    • Facilitate with multiple stakeholders to meet project schedule in a timely manner
    • Provide administrative support and prepare projects correspondences

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Minimum 7 years proven experience in marketing or event management, preferably with exposure in public exhibitions
    • Relevant marketing agency experience is an advantage
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
    • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
    • Well-organized, problem-solving skills and attention to details
    • Immediate available is an advantage
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
