助理主任, 技術支援

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily desktop support to end users
- Responsible for system and network administration/ support
- Monitor servers, mail, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities
- Ensure application availability, perform regular capacity planning, housekeeping to maintain system healthiness and disaster recovery planning
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/ IT and related discipline
- 1 year of work experience in an IT support, fresh graduate welcome
- Familiar with PC hardware & software or Mac
- Basic server & network knowledge, experience in O365 preferred
- Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA is preferable
- Good communication, problem-solving & time management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
