Assistant Accounting Officer/ Accounting Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily accounting operations include general journal entries, bills and payments, bank reconciliation and staff reimbursements
    • Fixed assets count and maintenance of fixed assets register
    • Assist in preparing month-end schedules and reports
    • Administrative tasks include going to banks, filing and maintenance of books and records and other supporting documents
    • Assist in other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • HKCEE/ DSE or above with LCCI Level 2 or equivalent. Fresh graduates in related disciplines welcome
    • 1-2 years relevant experience a plus
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Responsible and ability to multi-task
    • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
