    Manager, Digital Communications

    We are looking for an experienced digital communication professional responsible for planning, managing and implementing a comprehensive program with the mission of reaching out to the entire community. He or she will be leading a team of five digital communication specialists, and must possess strong marketing, editorial and technical skills along with a creative mind.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Copywriting/editing digital content with an emphasis on delivery through website
    • Providing frequent and timely updates of content (images, videos, articles) via content management systems (CMS)
    • Implementing strategies in driving website/digital traffic and improving usability
    • Taking ownership of digital platform(s) and tracking/monitoring user analytics
    • Making use of techniques such as paid search, SEO and PPC where appropriate
    • Improving brand awareness through storytelling and safeguarding policies and intellectual assets


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or related disciplines
    • Familiar with content management systems (CMS)
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
    • Proven track record of content development in social media campaigns
    • High proficiency in English and Chinese copywriting
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design/photo-editing, with video production as a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a team setting
    • Creative, well organized and attention to details
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Officer
