Manager, Digital Communications
We are looking for an experienced digital communication professional responsible for planning, managing and implementing a comprehensive program with the mission of reaching out to the entire community. He or she will be leading a team of five digital communication specialists, and must possess strong marketing, editorial and technical skills along with a creative mind.
Responsibilities:
- Copywriting/editing digital content with an emphasis on delivery through website
- Providing frequent and timely updates of content (images, videos, articles) via content management systems (CMS)
- Implementing strategies in driving website/digital traffic and improving usability
- Taking ownership of digital platform(s) and tracking/monitoring user analytics
- Making use of techniques such as paid search, SEO and PPC where appropriate
- Improving brand awareness through storytelling and safeguarding policies and intellectual assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or related disciplines
- Familiar with content management systems (CMS)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
- Proven track record of content development in social media campaigns
- High proficiency in English and Chinese copywriting
- Basic knowledge of graphic design/photo-editing, with video production as a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a team setting
- Creative, well organized and attention to details
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Officer
