Corporate Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Operations, providing secretarial and logistics support to the Board, Council, Committee and Management Meetings
- Organizing and facilitating meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings
- Preparing reports and related meeting papers and minutes
- Liaising with external Company Secretary and legal adviser on regulatory and compliance matters
- Preparing internal and external correspondences and setting policies and procedures
- Supporting special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of bachelor degree or above in business management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial and Board/Committee work in sizable organizations
- Relevant experience with public sector organisations will be an asset
- Mature team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
