Department Secretary
(English only)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and general secretarial support to the team/ department
- Arrange meetings, travel logistics, conferences and team activities
- Prepare letters and assist with editing PowerPoint and Excel reports
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors and guests
- Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of secretarial/administrative experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and with multitasking ability
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Immediate available is preferred
