Our Hong Kong Foundation is launching the latest report on arts innovation, titled Be Virtually Ready: Strategy for Future Cultural Creative Industries. Our recommendations span the four policy arenas of new bureau's structure and strategy, content creation and development, digital infrastructures, and talents, and culminate in eight key action items needed in a Digital Culture Strategy for Hong Kong that is not only relevant to the times, but also strategic to national visions.
