Senior Manager / Manager, Advocacy
Responsibilities：
- Devise overall media and policy advocacy strategy based on research reports from OHKF Public Policy Institute research teams
- Plan and execute targeted stakeholders’ engagement plan
- Oversee operations of advocacy team, publicity materials and content. Design/ creative experience with social media platform would be an advantage
- Cultivate and manage media relations, engage with media to strengthen the advocacy efforts, manage media response
- Report to Head of Advocacy
Requirements：
- Degree holder or above of Political, Journalism, public policy or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in policy, research and advocacy, preferably in the academic or research institutions, think tanks or policy advocacy NGOs with 3-5 years in supervisor position
- Strong sense and connection with political stakeholders, government, media and other industry leaders
- Outstanding collaboration and team building skills
- Creative and design skills preferable
- Substantial knowledge and strong analytical skills in political dynamics and crisis management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English, Cantonese and Putonghua) and ability to engage different stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
