Mr Wharlee Yip

Mr Yip graduated from the University of Hong Kong and later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Master’s degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had worked at the Education Bureau as a Senior Curriculum Development Officer, before he led a caput secondary school in Shatin as Principal. Mr Yip has always been actively involved in different committees in education and in the community as a whole, with special attention to promoting and developing values education for teenagers. As Executive Director of ACS, Mr Yip did not only aim to promote Chinese history and culture in general, but he also wishes to imbue Hong Kong citizens and students with richer historical and cultural knowledge of China. Now Mr Yip is the Principal of the TWGHs Yau Tze Tin Memorial College in Tuen Mun.
