    Senior Officer, Technical Support

    (English only)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for systems and network support
    • Responsible for daily desktop support to end users
    • Monitoring and management of servers, email, virtualization platform, backup and other IT related facilities
    • Plan and execute IT policies and procedures to ensure staff comply with the regulatory requirement
    • Responsible for security management and control of infrastructure and application systems
    • Ensure application availability, perform regular capacity planning, housekeeping to maintain system healthiness and disaster recovery planning
    • To lead and support the team in the implementation and IT project management

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Information Technology related disciplines or above
    • 5+ year relevant experience in system administration and network support
    • Solid experience on O365 environment, Windows Servers, Active Directory, DFS, network switch, firewall, Wi-Fi, VM, VPN appliance and / or AWS
    • Good knowledge of Network Infrastructure & Cyber Security
    • Holder of MCSE or CCNA preferable
    • Good communication, problem-solving & time management skills
