Mr. Kin Ping CHAN, BBS, JP

Mr. CHAN Kin Ping is the founder of the Group and has since then been leading the Group for over 20 years to serve in the private healthcare industry. Human Health is currently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1419), which is one of the largest medical groups in Hong Kong. Through the brands including Human Health Integrated Medical Center, WeHealth Endoscopy Center, Impact Medical Imaging Centre, Perfect Life, PolyHealth Specialists, PolyDental, etc. Mr. Chan established a comprehensive medical network in Hong Kong for supporting Hong Kong citizen’s health demand at different stages.

In addition to promoting the development of Hong Kong's medical industry, Mr. Chan actively participates in public services. He was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Medical Auxiliary Medical Services Officers’ Club, Chairman of the Kowloon West Youth Committee, member of the Kowloon City District Fight Crime Committee, Honorary President of the Kowloon City District Junior Police Call, Honorary President of the Kowloon City District Senior Police Call Honorary President Council, Honorary President of the Kowloon City District Road Safety Campaign Committee, member of Support Program for Employees with Disabilities Committee, and Chairman of the Healthcare Industry of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Economic and Trade Association. Mr. Chan works closely with various government departments to make great contributions to the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong, especially in crime prevention. Mr. Chan was appointed as Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2019.

Meanwhile, Mr. Chan participated in supporting community affairs for many years. He is currently the Chairman of The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, the Permanent Honorary President of the Hong Kong Kowloon City Federation of Industry and Commerce Association, the Vice President of the Hong Kong Real Property Federation, the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Guangzhou Associations, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Unified Association of Kowloon West, the Vice Chairman of the Friends of the Community Chest Kowloon City District Committee, Honorary Advisor of Building Healthy Kowloon City Association, Advisor and Vice President of the Kowloon Federation of Associations, Executive Vice Chairman of the Kowloon City Celebration, Director of the Hong Kong Shanxi Chamber of Commerce, Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen Baoan Shajing Natives Association, Director of Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association Limited, Council Member of the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, and Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Professional and Senior Executives Association, etc. For educational affairs, Mr. Chan is currently the Supervisor of Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College and School Manager of Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui Primary School (Branch). Mr. Chan has been working closely with different industries, community members and various regional associations to implement charity projects, caring people of all ranks, practicing corporate social responsibility, and to build a harmonious society and inject positive energy to the community.

Mr. Chan looks forward to building on the foundation of “Human Health”, leads the development of Hong Kong's medical industry, provides impetus to the community and contributes back to the society.
