Mr. Kevin Kwok Yin LAI

Proudly born and raised in Hong Kong, Kevin is a co-founder and partner of L2 Capital Management, a multi-strategy asset management company with capabilities across private and public markets. Kevin is also an active investor and senior advisor of various HK and US/Canada-based start-ups. Prior to founding L2, Kevin was a 15-year veteran in the investment banking community in HK. 

In addition to his business capacity, Kevin is active in community services. He is the Chairman and co-founder of Central4Change Charitable Foundation, an NGO dedicated to engaging HK secondary school students that fall outside the “academic excellence” definition, and connecting them to the HK business community through summer experience programs and other initiatives. Outside C4C, Kevin is also an observer of Oxfam HK, and a champion of Feeding HK.

Having a unique passion in building and advising businesses and charities in the region. Bringing true love and drive in everything he does, Kevin's genuine care for business partners, friends, and teammates allows him to broaden and deepen relationships across multiple disciplines, backgrounds, and geographies.

Kevin graduated from Queen’s University (Canada) with First Class Honors in Applied Economics in 2004.
