Dr. Christine Kung-Wai LOH, SBS, JP
Christine Loh was the Undersecretary for the Environment (2012-17), and Legislator (1992-1997 and 1998-2000) in Hong Kong. She was the founder and CEO of the non-profit policy think tank, Civic Exchange (2001-2012).
After stepping down from politics, she spends time in academia working across disciplines to promote research, evidence-based policies, as well as multi-stakeholder dialogue. Her expertise is in energy, climate change, environmental protection, sustainability, green finance, China's development pathway, and US-China relations. She is the author of many academic and popular works.
Currently, she serves on the boards of CDP Worldwide, and Global Maritime Forum, as well as the Robert HN Ho Family Foundation; and is an advisor to HSBC's Climate Advisory Panel, and BASF's Stakeholder Advisory Council.
