Ms. Theresa YEUNG

Theresa Yeung is leading Arup’s Planning Business in the East Asia Region.  Theresa is a seasoned expert in the planning profession.  She has extensive hands-on experience on masterplanning, urban design, sustainability, smart green resilient, and public engagement projects.  She appreciates and is conversant with town planning key issues and approaches and has demonstrated her ability to engage with the public in the planning and design process.

Theresa sits on important statutory bodies including serving as Board Member of the Planners Registration Board, Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners, Member of the Antiquities Advisory Board, Member of the Hong Kong Housing Society, Member of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and Director of Professional Green Building Council.  Theresa is a Registered Professional Planner, a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Planners, a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design.
