    Kevin Lam

    Kevin Lam is the Managing Partner of Investcorp-Fung GBA Fund, a Private Equity Fund acting as a bridge between the Gulf and the Greater Bay Area in China. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Bahrain, Investcorp began as a private equity pioneer in the Gulf and is now one of the leading global alternative fund managers. Established in 1906, Fung Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and has diverse businesses operate across the entire global supply chain for consumer goods including trading, logistics, distribution and retail.

    Kevin is the former Chief Operating Officer of Citi Hong Kong Corporate & Investment Banking, and former Head of Citi Asia Pacific Business Development for Private Bank & Corporate & Investment Banking.

    Since joining Citi in 2001, Kevin has over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, private banking, transaction services and investment banking. He also has over 7 years of business and entrepreneurial experience in the United States, Hong Kong and Mainland China. In January 2012, Kevin was appointed to the dual role of COO and Business Development Head at Citi and was a member of the Citi Hong Kong Executive Committee.

    Moreover, Kevin has been active in participating and contributing to Hong Kong SAR Government appointed committees and civic duties in the past 20+ years, and he was appointed to be Justice of the Peace in 2023. He is currently serving as a Member of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (since 2023), the Hong Kong Chronicles Institute (since 2023), Independent Commission on Remuneration for the District Councillors of the HKSAR (since 2022), Independent Commission on Remuneration for Members of the Executive Council and the Legislature, and Officials under the Political Appointment System of the HKSAR (since 2022), Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service of the HKSAR (since 2021), Advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation (since 2020), Travel Industry Authority and Chairman of the Compensation Committee (since 2020), Marketing & Communications Committee of the Hong Kong Football Association (since 2019) and Investment Committee of the Community Chest of Hong Kong (since 2012).

    Kevin holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Boston College, in Massachusetts, USA.
