Senior Officer, External Relations

This role will initially report to the Executive Director of Hong Kong Chronicles Institutes and work independently to develop and implement a program to establish partner relationships with, but not limited to, community leaders, senior officials, and key people of prominent organizations of different fields as well as academic institutions; also required to support event and marketing related activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in external relations or related fields 
• A strong network in social and professional organizations and a record of building good relationships 
• Exceptional communications, presentation and public speaking skills 
• Good command of Chinese and English 
• Knowledge and interest in the history of Hong Kong 
• People-oriented with the skills to gain trust with people in a short time 
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and the ability to inspire others 
• Capable of program development and multitasking 
• Holder of a bachelor's degree or above
