Corporate Secretary


    • Report to the Director of Operations, providing secretarial and logistics support to the Board, Council, Committee and Management Meetings
    • Organizing and facilitating meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings
    • Preparing reports and related meeting papers and minutes
    • Liaising with external Company Secretary and legal adviser on regulatory and compliance matters
    • Preparing internal and external correspondences and setting policies and procedures
    • Supporting special projects and tasks as assigned


    • Holder of bachelor degree or above in business management or related disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial and Board/Committee work in sizable organizations
    • Relevant experience with public sector organisations will be an asset
    • Mature team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese
    • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
